Dr. Rainer Stadler Dr Rainer Stadler (Rechtsanwalt and Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht) has been Partner at Linklaters LLP since 1999. Rainer ‘s work focuses on the tax oriented restructuring of groups, structuring of funds, advising institutional investors on investments in funds and tax-oriented financial products. Rainer is member of the Board of the Bavarian Section of International Fiscal Association (IFA). On a regular basis, he publishes and lectures regarding tax topics (i.p. reorganisation tax, international tax, regulated and non-regulated investment funds).
