Varvara Tseliou Varvara Tseliou joined State Street Bank Luxembourg SCA in 2010, and was appointed Chief Finance Officer in 2016. In this role Varvara is responsible for all Finance activities of the Bank, including Accounting and Billing, Tax, Regulatory Reporting primarily to the CSSF and BCL, as well as Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting. Varvara has 15 years’ experience in the banking industry both in Brussels and in Luxembourg
