Master Class by Arendt&Medernach (Day 1)

Tales from the unexpected, navigation through PRIIPs

Sponsored and presented by :

Once upon a time, back in July 2012, the European Commission came up with a proposal for a new regulation: PRIIPs, aiming to enhance investor protection by a new type of information document. Starting with January 1st 2018, KID or the Key Information Document is actually supposed to give the investor easier access to information allowing him to compare different investment products amongst various categories.

All AIFs (Part II UCI, SIF, SICAR, RAIF and other AIF) sold to a retail investor after this date are in scope of the PRIIPs Regulation. Do you already have an idea about what this means in practice?

Explore the unexpected tales of the PRIIPs, with our experienced story-tellers who will take you on a journey, off the beaten track. The Master Class session will cover, inter alia, the full scope of the PRIIPs Regulation and practical examples which our teams have come across when counselling their clients.

Be ready to participate in discussions and prepare your questions for 19 September at 1:15pm.
