Registration conditions – TA & Distribution Forum

Please read the registration conditions here-below, which you accept by submitting your registration to attend the conference. If you do not agree, ALFI will be unable to accept your registration.

Your registration is valid for one delegate only.

Confirmation & payment       
You will receive a confirmation and registration number by e-mail from our registration office Parthen R&S ( upon which the full registration fee is due and cancellations are subject to handling fees (see cancellation conditions below).
Please contact if you have not received confirmation within 5 days after your registration.
The invoice will be sent by email to the billing contact as provided during the registration process. Conference fees must be paid prior to the event. Full pre-payment or a credit card guarantee is required (see payment options below).

Member fees
In order to benefit from the membership fees, the registrant needs to work directly for the member company or member fund which name will have to be provided during the registration process.

Early bird rate
Is only applicable if your payment is made by the early bird deadline mentioned on the corresponding web page. After this date, the normal rate applies.

Name changes/substitutions
Please send a written notice to the registration office ‘Parthen’ ( by 23 November 2017 in order to have the correct name appear on the badge.
ALFI invitees who are unable to attend are kindly requested to contact, as sending a substitute is subject to prior approval by ALFI.
Splitting the ticket between 2 people will be subject to a charge of €300. Part-time substitution is not possible.

Cancellations/no-show policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and must be received by the registration office ‘Parthen’ ( Cancellations of paying registrations are subject to handling fees. For cancellations because of sickness, please contact your health insurance.
If the cancellation is received before the cancellation deadline, 23 November 2017, reimbursement of the registration fee, minus a €50 handling charge will be made.
After the cancellation deadline, the full cost is due and no refund will be made and this, regardless if you attend the conference or not. You may however send a substitute (see above).

Late registrations
Registrations made after 23 November 2017are subject to the “Late rate” and will be accepted if space is available. A credit card guarantee is required as the full fee is due upon receipt of your registration number.

Data protection
ALFI is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and secured.
ALFI may, as data controller, use the personal information provided during registration to invite you to future events organised by ALFI and add your email address to the distribution lists, e.g. of our newsletters.
You may object to the use of your personal data by writing to and we will erase the data.
You have the right to request access to your personal data and to ask for rectification of the personal data should it be incorrect/incomplete. You may exercise these rights by writing to
In view of enhancing your attendee experience, ALFI wishes to share your name, job title, company name and postal address provided during registration with selected partners (e.g. sponsors of our events). Please tick the corresponding box to confirm that you consent to such sharing of information. You may withdraw this consent at any time by informing our registration office Parthen at
The use of the ALFI Events app (if applicable) is subject to the data privacy of the provider, which will be made available to you by the provider upon registration for this tool.

Media privacy
Kindly note that photographs and videos will be taken at this event and may be made available on our and on third party websites/social media channels/event technologies and in printed materials. By accepting our invitation you consent to such use of your data.

Special registration procedures for groups and sponsors
Group bookings have to be made through a special registration form provided on the event’s registration webpage. Exhibitor and full access tickets included in your package can be booked on the special registration site/form which will be sent to the exhibitor’s/sponsor’s main contact person closer to the event. For any additional registrations, please refer to the public registration webpage.

Payment options      
Conference fees must be paid prior to the conference. All payments are to be made in Euro. Please quote name, company and invoice number for each attendee.

An invoice will be emailed to the billing contact as indicated during registration. VAT will be applied according to VAT legislation as follows:

In accordance with European regulation registration fees are subject to the VAT rate of the country the event takes place. You will be charged the VAT rate that is applicable at the time you make your booking.

Please complete the VAT Number section according to one of the following options:

For companies within the EU:
1. For registrations from a VAT registered company it is mandatory to provide a VAT number (for reporting purposes) in order to process your registration.
2. For registrations from companies that are not VAT registered – please mark ’N / A’ in the VAT number section/field.

For companies outside the EU:
For registrations received from all companies outside the EU, it is not mandatory to provide your VAT number, but please mark ‘Non EU’ in the VAT number section/field.
