Overview

When setting up a crypto fund, one recollects the paramount importance of connections among fund industry stakeholders for both product development and investor protection. Currently, while the definition of the  interaction model, roles and responsibilities among the various participants in the virtual assets’ emerging ecosystem—VASP, depositary, fund manager and regulator—is progressing in the forefront, ties still needs to be strengthened and span from beginning to end of the chain.

This expert briefing is meant to offer participants a transversal view on practical considerations for the development of virtual assets funds.
