Overview

This expert briefing will be a great opportunity to get the views from the CSSF on two major regulatory developments of 2022:

  • The drastic reform of the long form report which now applies also to IFMs, SIFs and SICARs; and
  • The reshaping of the rules applying to service providers performing the UCI Administrator functions.

This conversation aims at analysing these regulatory changes, covering in particular their rationale, their content, preliminary feedback and potential challenges.

Save the date in your agenda and get ready to join an insightful webinar the 7th December from 16:00 to 17:30 CET.
