Julie Nedellec joined BNP Paribas Securities Services in February 2014 and has over 18 years of experience in the debt sector, including private debt, securitisation and principal finance, ranging from structurer and arranger at Nomura, Dresdner Kleinwort, and Lloyds Bank, to structured credit sales at Aladdin Capital Management, and more recently sales specialist in Debt Market Services at BNP Paribas Securities services. Her experience gives her a sound understanding of issuers’ and arrangers’ requirements from both a structuring and securities services angle. Since joining BNP Paribas Securities Services she has focused on developing the debt fund and CLO activity, applying her structuring experience to the area of deal administration and debt fund set up. In her role as Senior Solutions Manager for Private Debt, Julie supports managers in the creation and operation of Private Debt funds, through the coordination of global solutions across various jurisdictions and asset types.
Serge Weyland is the Chief Executive Officer of Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management (Luxembourg) S.A. (EdRAM) and member of the group’s Asset Management Executive Committee.
EdRAM is a Luxembourg based AIFM and UCITS management company overseeing funds managed by the Edmond de Rothschild group and providing fund administration and management company solutions to third party managers and funds.
Serge is a member of the GFI Committee of the CSSF, co-chair of the Digital Forum of the Luxembourg Fund Association (Alfi), a Member of the Board of Directors of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA) and a contributor to Alfi and LPEA working groups focusing on hedge funds and private debt.
Floris is the Head of the Deloitte’s Alternative Capital Solutions team and the founder of the Deloitte Alternative Lender Deal Tracker. Prior to Joining Deloitte in 2008, Floris had over 7 years banking experience with HBoS and NIBC in their respective leveraged finance teams in London. Floris is focused on raising alternative capital for private company clients in close cooperation with our local offices globally.
Luc de Vet is a partner at ONE group solutions responsible for Relationship Management and Alternative Investment Funds.
His career in the financial sector spans three decades, 20 years of which have been spent on structuring and servicing regulated and unregulated investment fund structures.
Prior to joining ONE, he was European Alternative Investment Funds Leader for Carne Group. He was a member of the global management team for Citco Fund Services’ Private Equity and Real Estate business, Managing Director of Citco Fund Services (Luxembourg) S.A. and a member of Citco’s Depositary Committee.
Previously, Luc had been a Partner at Amicorp Group, where he was CFO and responsible for the development of the Group’s alternative investment funds services. Before this, he worked at KPMG in The Netherlands where he held several audit and consultancy roles.
Geoff Radcliffe, Managing Director, BlackRock is a member of BlackRock’s Global Accounting and Product Services team, heading Product Oversight & Governance for all of BlackRock’s fund products in EMEA & AsiaPac. The EMEA population is 1,200 funds with fund assets, primarily in UK, Luxembourg & Ireland, exceeding US$1.2 trillion. AsiaPac is around a further 350 funds. He leads teams in 11 countries which focus on change management, exception management and risk management. He joined BlackRock in 1998 and has 30 years of fund, accounting and banking experience gained in Luxembourg, Bermuda, London and Isle of Man. He is a chartered accountant, resident in Luxembourg and a director of BlackRock funds and group companies. He was appointed to the ALFI board of directors in 2013.
Nick joined EQT Fund Management Sarl (EFMS) in April 2018, acting as Managing Director and Board member and overseeing the Credit and Public Value funds within Fund Management. Nick is now responsible for overseeing Portfolio Management at EFMS, over seeing all deal execution within EQT Fund Management. Prior to joining EQT, Nick was Country Head, responsible for the day to day management as well as strategic growth, for SS&C GlobeOp in Dublin and then in Luxembourg, having set up the Luxembourg office in 2013. Prior to SS&C, he was Head of Client Services at European Credit Management Ltd in London. Nick started his career in Luxembourg and held numerous roles within the financial services industry before moving to London.
