Florian Eisele Florian Eisele serves as focal point for the United Nations Environment Programme in Luxembourg and leads the communications team for the UN’s work on forest and climate change (UN-REDD). Prior to joining UN Environment as senior communication advisor at its headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya in 2014, he taught political marketing and public relations at Mexico’s leading private university Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM). From 2007 to 2012 Florian was partner and head of the Brussels office at Ampersand Global, a PR firm specialized in integrated advocacy communications for sustainable development. Throughout his career, working in Berlin and Brussels, he has been advising multinationals, governments, civil society organizations and international organizations on strategic communications, issues management, brand development, media relations and digital strategies.
