Ulrika Hasselgren Ulrika Hasselgren is a sustainable investment executive, with 18 years of professional experience in the investment industry. With a background in the management consulting industry, Ulrika spent 12 years with McKinsey & Company and 3 years with Solving Efeso, before she co-founded the Ethix business in Stockholm in 1999. Since then, she has worked closely with asset owners and asset managers, advising on policy and implementation of sustainable investment strategies. In September 2015, Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) acquired Ethix, and Hasselgren joined the ISS leadership team as Global Head of RI Strategy & ESG Integration. Hasselgren has been a guest lecturer on Sustainable Investment and Business Ethics at Stockholm University School of Business 2002-2017, board member of Eurosif 2010-1016, member of The Luxembourg Fund Labelling Agency (LuxFLAG) ESG Label Eligibility Committee since 2014, and is a frequent speaker at international investor conferences. As Head of Responsible Investment in Danske Bank, Hasselgren focuses on implementing the bank’s strategy in line with its ambition to offer investment solutions with competitive returns and positive impact.
