Claude Niedner, Arendt

Claude Niedner Claude Niedner is a Partner and Chairman of Arendt & Medernach. He specialises in investment funds and works in the areas of UCITS, hedge funds and real estate. He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1993. Claude is Chairman of the Regulation Advisory Board and Chairman of the Alternative Investments Committee at the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI). He is also a member of the Alternative Investment Funds working group at the level of the Haut Comité de la Place Financière (HCPF), where he is involved in many different initiatives for the development of Luxembourg’s alternative investment fund sector. Claude is a regular speaker at international conferences on topics related to investment funds. He has also been a lecturer in Financial Law at the Université Robert Schuman de Strasbourg (France). Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Claude worked in the capital markets department of a major Luxembourg bank. Claude holds a master's degree in Law from the Université Robert Schuman de Strasbourg (France) as well as a master's degree in Business Administration from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), Paris (France).
