Regulatory Update

Emerging with the 12th edition of its session “regulatory update”, the European asset management conference is making this panel a tradition! Today’s discussion will give you an all-encompassing, snappy, refreshing and comprehensive overview of nearly all major topics of interest to asset managers operating UCITS and alternative funds, taken from a Luxembourg perspective. It is considering both recent and upcoming regulations, with a mix of pure Luxembourg-centric developments such as circulars and FAQs from the CSSF, and new regulation stemming from the EU as well as from ESMA, and from other international policymakers.
