Wendy Phillis is Managing Director, Governance & Regulatory Solutions, Europe and Asia-Pacific at RBC Investor & Treasury Services. She is accountable for managing the first line of defence on regulatory change. Wendy has spent 25 years in financial services and is an experienced professional in the areas of risk and compliance. She was most recently Group Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at ICAP, a FTSE 250 listed company in the UK. Prior to this, Wendy spent over 16 years with State Street, most recently in the position of Chief Operating Officer EMEA for State Street Global Markets. Previously, she held a number of senior leadership positions in the compliance and risk areas in EMEA.
