Cristina Ferreira, State Street

Cristina Ferreira Cristina is a senior vice president in Asset Servicing Product Organization leading global and EMEA product initiatives since October 2019.  She was Head of Regulatory Solutions and Innovation of State Street in Luxembourg since January 2018 where she worked closely with the fund industry innovators and promoted the adoption of digital client service delivery models. Prior to this, Cristina was the Chief Administrative Officer since 2014 responsible for internal governance, business control enhancement programs and coordination of strategic initiatives. Cristina has been working for State Street in Luxembourg since 1997 and has held a variety of management positions. In the transfer agency department, she has worked on key process and technology implementations, including the restructuring of the transfer agency operations. In 2007 she was a client relationship manager servicing strategic custody and fund administration clients. Throughout her time at State Street, Cristina has been very active in State Street Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. She holds a degree in political science and administration from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Brussels, Belgium and speaks Luxembourgish, German, French, Portuguese and English.
