Certified Public Accountant and IFRS accredited, Laurent has specialized in Private Equity and banking assignments since he started his career with Ernst & Young in 2005 and is now currently involved in the audit of Direct Lending, Mezzanine and Opportunistic Debt Strategies as well as Impact Investing funds reporting under IFRS, US GAAP and Luxembourg GAAP using both SIF and SICAR legal framework.
Laurent leads our Private Debt group and our Impact Investing group. He is a member of the Responsible Investing Committee of the Association of the Luxembourg Investment Fund. He represents the Firm in Market Intelligence and Outreach and chair the Fund Label (ESG and Social Impact) working group which aim at assisting and promoting relevant labels for investment vehicles. Laurent also sits as a director of the Inclusive Finance Network and is a steering committee member of the European Impact Investing Luxembourg. In addition, he co-chairs the Debt Fund working group of the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association.
