Carolyn Linnevers

Carolyn is a member of the Comité Exécutif and Company Secretary for LuxCSD S.A, a regulated PSF, designated SSS and financial market infrastructure CSD.  She leads the corporate and outsourcing monitoring activities as well as LEI product development. Carolyn is the co-Chair of the ALFI sub-working group for Cybersecurity Governance and Oversight. Her Master of Laws (LLM) dissertation (2018) critically evaluated the contribution governance is making to cybersecurity in the European financial sector. Before coming to Luxembourg, Carolyn worked in the asset management sector in New York, Jersey (CI) and Amsterdam. She is a professional, regular member of the global CFA Institute and Luxembourg Society.
