Federico Cupelli Federico Cupelli is presently a Senior Regulatory Policy Advisor at the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA) based in Brussels. At EFAMA he is responsible for covering multiple regulatory issues affecting the European buy-side, including the European Commission’s recent proposal to remove cross-border barriers to fund distribution. Prior to joining EFAMA, Federico has worked at the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) in Paris and previously at the European Commission’s Directorate General responsible for financial services in the Internal Market, always in charge of asset management-related initiatives. He holds a Masters Degree in international economics from the Johns Hopkins University and an executive degree in investment management from the London Business School (LBS).
