Graham Goodhew has recently retired from the role of Director and Conducting Officer of JPMorgan Asset Management (Europe) sarl and a career of more than 40 years in financial services.
With a background in Internal Audit and Risk Management Graham was instrumental in establishing Chase Institutional Asset Management in London in 1994 and at the time of the mergers with Flemings and JPMorgan in 2000/2001 was a director of the Chase asset management company.
In 2001 he moved to Luxembourg to be Head of Risk Management for the European Retail business of JPMorgan Asset Management covering all aspects of the fund servicing and distribution of both Luxembourg SICAV and UK OEIC fund ranges and was a director of the Luxembourg Management Company from 2002 until his retirement in 2016.
With the Implementation of UCITS III he moved to a new role of Head of Corporate Governance and was appointed as a Conducting Officer responsible for Portfolio Risk Management. Since then he has variously served as the Conducting Officer responsible for Fund Distribution and Investment Management.
Graham has been active in a number of industry working groups at CESR/ESMA, EFAMA and AFLI related to; UCITS, MiFID, PRIPS and Risk Management and various other issues.
