Micaela Forelli joined M&G in 2001 and was appointed Distribution Director of M&G International Investments in 2018 and Managing Director Luxembourg in 2019.
In her role, she is CSSF Authorised Manager for M&G’s International Distribution Company and Senior Executive Director of the Board. She oversees a team of over 100 colleagues operating in the European distribution business.
Before coming to Luxembourg, Micaela has been Director of Global Banks relationship management since 2010. In this role she has been working with Global Financial Institutions clients in Europe, Asia and the Americas to build strategic, long-term partnerships with major distributors of mutual funds, long-term savings, wealth management, investment and life wrapped products.
Her previous roles also included responsibility for M&G in Switzerland as FINMA regulated Managing Director and Chairman of the Board, setting up the southern European operations and acting as sales director for Italy. Micaela also worked as Italian sales director for Fidelity Investments.
She earned a degree in business administration from Bocconi University in Milan and an MBA.
