Antoine Badot is an international corporate tax specialist, advising clients who are primarily active within the alternative investments funds industry and with a focus on real estate and infrastructure. With close to 15 years' experience, he has sound expertise in the international tax structuring aspects of regulated and unregulated funds, including but not limited to REITs. Antoine is a member of several ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry) working groups, and is a regular speaker at tax conferences.
