
Rodrigo Delcourt is a Counsel in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach where he advises fund sponsors on all legal and regulatory aspects related to the structuring and setting-up of regulated and unregulated funds alternative funds (real estate, private equity, infrastructure, renewable energy and debt funds) for both retail and institutional investors.
Rodrigo also advises on all legal and regulatory aspects related to the setting-up of downstream structures for private equity and real estate funds (acquisitions, disposals and financing of assets).
He holds a Master's degree in law as well as a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.), European law, Cum Laude from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium). He is admitted to the bar of Luxembourg.
Rodrigo is a regular speaker at national and international conferences and a member of ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry) and LPEA (Luxembourg Private Equity Association).
