Michèle Eisenhuth is a Partner in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach and a member of the firm’s strategy board. She specialises in investment fund law. She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1995. She sits on the board of directors of several funds and management companies launched by international asset management groups and is also a member of the board of directors of ALFI and of ILA. She is Senior Vice Chair of the Asset Management and Investment Funds Committee of the IBA and chairs / is an active member of several ALFI and EFAMA committees. Michèle is a regular speaker at ALFI, EFAMA, IBA, ILA, Lex Mundi and other conferences in Luxembourg or abroad. Michèle holds a Master’s degree in law from the Université de Liège (Belgium).
