Tim Caverly is an independent non-executive director resident in Luxembourg for the past 22 years. Tim currently is a director for Luxembourg fund and management companies.
Tim retired from State Street Corporation as an Executive Vice President in 2013 after a 30+ year career. During this time he held several senior management positions including Business Executive for State Street's Asset Servicing business and banking entities across continental Europe and Ireland. Tim served as Chairman of the board of State Street Bank Luxembourg and State Street Banque France and a director of State Street Ireland, Channel Islands and Poland .
