Vanessa joined Deloitte in September 2008 in the Cross Border Tax – Mergers & Acquisitions department, where she currently is Directeur.
Vanessa has over 10 years experience in International Tax planning, advising asset managers on a wide variety of international tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence, cross-border withholding taxes, tax compliance and assistance with tax considerations affecting alternative investment funds.
Vanessa holds a Master in business engineering and a Master in Tax Management from the Solvay Business School (Brussels – Belgium)
