Marc Meyers, Loyens & Loeff

Marc Meyers Marc Meyers heads the Luxembourg Investment Management team of Loyens & Loeff. Marc specialises in advising clients in respect of the structuring and regulatory work for Luxembourg alternative investment fund structures, with a particular focus on private equity, real estate/infrastructure and debt funds. Marc also advises fund managers on all applicable regulatory matters. In addition, besides his fund-related work, he has broad experience in handling corporate and secured financing matters. Before joining Loyens & Loeff, he established and headed the Luxembourg legal practice of another Benelux law firm. He worked for several years in the Luxembourg office of a leading international law firm, as well as in the New York and London offices of the US firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Marc is an active member of several working groups within the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), as well as the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA). Marc is a lecturer in Luxembourg investment fund law at the University of Lorraine. He is a member of the Luxembourg and New York Bars.
