Laurent Leclercq has over 18 years business development experience in hedge funds, UCITS, liquid and credit alternatives, private debt and the private equity sector. He has a proven track record in building and leading teams and developing strong networking in European and U.S. markets.
As a Business Development Director at DMS Governance Ltd. (London) Laurent is responsible for establishing and maintaining business relations to market the firm’s products and services as well as implementing strategic partnerships and business relationships. He is also responsible for growing the firm’s fund raising and capital introduction advisory practice.
Prior to joining DMS, Laurent was Managing Partner at global merchant bank Argenthal Private Capital, a private investment holding and merchant banking organization acting as a collegial investment office for several European single family offices, investing in financial services, mainly related to alternative assets managers, as well as co-managing the distribution arm Argenthal and Co in Europe.
He holds a MSc in Finance from ESCP-Europe, Paris, a DEA in International Finance from the University of Lyon, and a BS in Economics from the University of Rennes and from (Erasmus program) the National University of Ireland, Galway.
