Penny Walker Penny joined Campbell Lutyens in 2010 as General Counsel. Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens, Penny spent over eight years at Barclays Capital where she headed the private equity, infrastructure and principal investments legal team, advising on fund structuring, fundraising, and fund investment activities of these businesses globally. Prior to that Penny was a Corporate Lawyer at Baker & McKenzie in London and Rudd Watts and Stone (now Minter Ellison) in New Zealand.
