David Harpum is Head of Legal at PGIM Real Estate and a member of its Global Management Council. Based in London, he is responsible for the oversight of the delivery of legal services to PGIM Real Estate through in-house and external resources. David joined PGIM Real Estate in 2009 and assumed his current role as Head of Legal in 2016. Prior to joining PGIM, David worked at the international law firm Linklaters, where his practice focused on the establishment of real estate investment funds and on advising on structured European real estate transactions.
