Vinayak Bhattacharjee Vinayak has held prominent management and leadership roles in large financial institutions.  At Barclays Global Investors and then at State Street Global Advisors, he ran diversified businesses that included alternative funds, mutual funds and index products. At Barclays he was a member of the original team that created the successful exchange traded fund market in Europe by launching the iShares range of ETFs.  At State Street he managed and expanded the firm’s wholesale business and headed the SPDR ETF business in EMEA. Over the past five years, he has focussed on private equity and real assets, launching and managing funds under AIFMD regulation.  He has authored articles on behavioural economics and has BSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and an MSc in Economics from London University.
