Christophe Douche, is a Director and Conducting Person in charge of the Risk and Compliance within Carne Global Fund Managers (Luxembourg) S.A..
During his past experiences, he has held a number of roles focusing on the risk, compliance and governance areas, overseeing fund risks, regulatory compliance and product development teams. Major projects Christophe has been involved in while include the implementation of Risk and Investment Compliance systems, setting up risk management process documentation for UCITS and alternative funds, as well as implementing the AIFM Directive.
Overall, Christophe has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial industry. He began his career at Natixis Private Banking Luxembourg S.A., where he was in charge of the Depository Bank for in-house funds. After six years, he moved to State Street Bank Luxembourg S.A. as the Fund Compliance Manager where he implemented the UCITS III regulation into the compliance system. He then moved to RBS Luxembourg S.A. “today FundRock”, where he held many number of roles, being in charge of Risk and Compliance, Regulatory Compliance and Director of the Risk and Operations (COO).
