Jacques Elvinger is a partner with at the Luxembourg law firm Elvinger Hoss Prussen. He specialises in the field of undertakings for collective investment, pension funds and other investment vehicles and is head of the investment fund department at Elvinger Hoss Prussen. He is a member of the High Committee for the Development of the Financial Centre lead by the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance. He is a member of several advisory committees of the Commission for the Supervision of the Financial Sector in the area of investment funds. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) and chairman of ALFI's Regulatory Board.
