Catherine Martougin Catherine is a partner in the Funds & Asset Management team of the Baker McKenzie Luxembourg office. She has more than 20 years' experience in business law with a specialization in funds matters.   Catherine represents real estate funds, private equity funds, debt and infrastructure funds and other financial institutions. She works on a range of corporate and commercial transactions, including organizational structuring of investment funds and related regulatory matters (notably AIFs and AIFMs), as well as initial fund formation, migration of off-shore funds to Luxembourg, complex restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, asset dispositions, secondary trades, capital raisings, real estate investments, venture capital investments, and joint venture arrangements.   Catherine is a member of the Management Board of INREV (the prime industry association for real estate funds) and a member of the Supervisory Board of LuxReal. Member of ALFI, IBA, LetzBlock and Women In Business.
