Catherine Pogorzelski is the Country Managing Partner of DLA Piper Luxembourg and a corporate and fund lawyer. She advises fund managers and investors on the structuring and formation of investment funds, particularly within the private equity, real estate and debt funds sectors and on the making of the investments by these funds therefore covering the entire value chain of the private equity and real estate sector. Catherine is an active member of the ALFI and of the LPEA.
