Olivia Tournier-Demal

Olivia Tournier-Demal is the Managing Director of the MJ Hudson third party AIFM, and also director of selected management companies and funds.

Before becoming an independent director and establishing MJ Hudson AIFM, she worked 5 years as Head of Legal and Distribution at the “Super ManCo” of Lombard Odier Investment Managers, that she participated to set-up and develop. Prior to that, Olivia worked more than 10 years as a lawyer in top tier International and Luxembourg law firms (Landwell & Associés, Arendt and Loyens & Loeff), in the investment management as well as M&A and tax departments. Overall, she has been structuring, establishing and developing fund businesses in Luxembourg for 18 years.

Olivia holds a Master degree in Commercial and Business Law (Maîtrise) from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France) and a Postgraduate Research Degree (Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies) in Economic and Tax Law from the University Paris I Sorbonne (France). She was graduated from the Paris Ecole de Formation des Barreaux in 1999 and was a member of the Paris and Luxembourg Bar until 2010.

Olivia is permanent member of ILA and ALFI where she heads the Working Groups of MIFID-Inducements and of ManCo-Ecosystems.
