Lisa McLaughlin, Vice President, Corporate Security , SS&C Technologies

Lisa is a seasoned security professional and a 25 veteran of SS&C Technologies. In this role, she helps both internal and external clients strengthen their risk and compliance profiles. She focuses on matters encompassing risk reduction, threat intelligence, and data protection priorities with special attention to cybersecurity regulations. She is also an active member of AIMA  and the Alternative Credit Council (ACC) member.

Dobbins, Martin
Martin Dobbins, CEO / Founder, Sage Advisory s.á.r.l.

Martin Dobbins is the Founder and CEO of Sage Advisory, s.á.r.l., with over 30 years of international experience in the financial industry. He provides advisory services and independent directorships to some of the leading Asset Management, Financial Service and Technology firms. He supports Investment Boards, Venture Capital and Private Equity firms in acquisition due diligence, investment analysis, regulatory framework, AML/KYC/CFT, corporate governance & compliance and project management. Martin has had management assignments in Asia / Pacific, UK, Continental Europe and the U.S. He was the former European and Luxembourg CEO & Country Head for a U.S. Bank where he chaired the Luxembourg executive group. He led the growth and development of its Luxembourg entity to be the leading Fund Administrator and was a key executive member in numerous global acquisitions. As a global systemically important institution he was the lead executive to the European Central Bank’s Joint Supervisory Team.

Schwabe,Henning
Henning Schwabe, Partner, Arendt & Medernach

Henning Schwabe is a Partner in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach where he specialises in investment fund law, advising both national and international clients in particular on the regulatory, corporate and organisational aspects of the structuring, creation and marketing of investment funds and investment companies. He advises clients on a wide range of traditional investment funds (UCITS) and alternative investment funds as well as on the legal aspects of complex investment strategies, derivatives and risk management.
He is actively involved within the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) in the ALFI Risk Committee and its various sub-working groups and acts as chairman of the ALFI EMIR / OTC Derivatives working group. He is board member of the Luxembourg Association for Risk Management (ALRiM).

Linnevers,Carolyn
Carolyn Linnevers, LLM, Comité Exécutif & Company Secretary, LuxCSD S.A.

Carolyn is a member of the Comité Exécutif and Company Secretary for LuxCSD S.A, a regulated PSF, designated SSS and financial market infrastructure CSD.  She leads the corporate and outsourcing monitoring activities as well as LEI product development. Carolyn is the co-Chair of the ALFI sub-working group for Cybersecurity Governance and Oversight. Her Master of Laws (LLM) dissertation (2018) critically evaluated the contribution governance is making to cybersecurity in the European financial sector. Before coming to Luxembourg, Carolyn worked in the asset management sector in New York, Jersey (CI) and Amsterdam. She is a professional, regular member of the global CFA Institute and Luxembourg Society.

Numanoğlu, Mehtap
Mehtap Numanoğlu, Co-Chair, ALFI Cybersecurity Committee, Luxembourg

Mehtap is the Chief Risk Officer for BBH Luxembourg, London and Zurich and a member of the Executive Committee/senior management for these BBH entities. Mehtap is also currently the co-chair of the ALFI Digital/Fintech Forum Cybersecurity Working Group and an active member of some other industry working groups.
Prior to that, she has held senior positions in several financial institutions in different countries for over 23 years (including risk management, internal audit and internal control functions). Mehtap has been a speaker in conferences/industry events and writing  about risk related matters. She had obtained many professional certifications in the past in the areas of internal audit, internal controls and risk management.
