Registration

You will automatically be registered for the seminar.
On the day, please check in at the registration desk where you will receive your badge.

Travel & accommodation

You are responsible for your own accommodation and travel arrangements.
Kindly note that ALFI is not in position to organise any travel arrangements.

Note the events in Milan is planned in physical format and every participant will be subject to take into consideration the health recommendations and rules applying in each city and venue host.

Currently, all guests will be checked with a Covid check APP at registration and must hence show a valid covid passport ( ie Green pass for Italy) which proves that they have been vaccinated against, have previously been infected . Green pass
Social distancing and protective measures such as masks or dividers are still mandatory.

Preparation of sessions

Moderators are kindly requested to contact their panellists with the object of organising a meeting/ conference call in order to coordinate the panel discussion.  For contact details please do not hesitate to send us an email.

Slides

Please let us know if you will be using slides and kindly send them to us in 16/9 ppt format (link to ALFI template) to events@alfi.lu by Monday, 25 April 2022. We recommend using some slides to reinforce key messages and also as a useful take-away for our guests – see “communicating with impact” below.

– Please refrain from any company specific advertising. Your company is mentioned on all the roadshow materials;
– We recommend one common presentation per panel that leaves time for a flexible and lively discussion;
– If slides are provided from different panelists, we kindly ask that they are sent to us in one presentation in the correct order as they will be shown;
– Allow time for questions

Publication of your presentation

After the conference, without any objection from your side, a pdf version of your presentation/speech will be made available for attendees. If you do not intend to use slides, kindly forward a copy/summary of your speech to ensure that the website covers all topics presented at the conference.

Please note that the conference might be filmed and photographed by ALFI, by local and international media representatives, and possibly by other participants. The sessions are on-the-record. This data, including speaker names, is subject to be used by ALFI in advertising the event on its website and on social media platforms, and by media representatives in local and international publication articles.
